If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process for all eligible U.S. orders.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received. All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or approved for a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of use, wear, washing, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
For approved returns, Axmelya LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label. You only need to attach the label and drop the package at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund according to this policy.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or product, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
Shipping Limitations
We currently ship and accept returns only within the United States. All return shipments must originate from a U.S. address.
