All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to our shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations

Axmelya LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We proudly serve customers across all U.S. states with reliable and trackable shipping.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Standard Shipping is provided at no cost and typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received. All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or approved for a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of use, wear, washing, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return.
