Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Axmelya LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including inventory availability or payment issues. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders and typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. Once a package is handed to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Axmelya LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging. To start a return, customers must contact support@axmelya.com. Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.
